There really is no time like the present to start living a healthier and happier life and I am here really wanting to support you in doing just that so come and join me in a class that suits YOU.

YOGA 

I teach Yoga for all ages, from babies to toddlers to adults. Yoga really is for everybody regardless of age, size and ability. It’s a practise that you just need to do to recognise the incredible positive impact it will have on you and your life. 

I believe my teaching caters for everyone and that’s what is really important for me - that you will feel comfortable, calm and at ease through the class and that you'll leave feeling stronger and more connected to yourself in a positive light.

PARENT AND BABY YOGA 

FITNESS WITH ME

I've been teaching fitness classes and personal training as a side business really since 2010 and even when I moved more into the Yoga scene 7 years ago I still felt (and to this day) feel that exercise is so important for your mental and physical health and that it should compliment a Yoga practise.

Finding a style of exercise that you enjoy is paramount so that it will simply become a part of your lifestyle and something you look forward to. I think we all go through phases with fitness and it can certainy be very challenging to get back into exercise after life events such as having a baby or injury set backs etc. I love to help people get back on track and to create a healthier lifestyle for themselves so if this sounds a bit of you - et me know and I can either come to your home or you can join me at my home in Heysham!

Parent & Baby Yoga includes yoga for YOU,  yoga for baby AND Yoga together! Those early months and that first year of your baby is truly magical but let's not forget it is also demanding. Yoga allows for you to slow down; forget about the 'to do list' at home and simply asks for you to be present and give time to You and your baby too. We start each week with a little chat and then flow through movement, yoga poses, rhymes, relaxation, mindfulness and play - all bringing a greater sense of wellbeing to both you and your baby. It's honestly such a special and beautiful class that brings a lot of positivity.
