Service Description
Start your week feeling open, uplifted and grounded. Awakening Yoga is a gentle yet energising morning practice designed to stretch the body, release built-up tension and invite ease back into your movement. We’ll move mindfully, wake up the joints and muscles, and finish feeling lighter, clearer and ready for the day ahead. This is a feel-good class to reconnect with your breath, gently build energy and set a positive tone for the week — no rushing, no pressure, just space to move, breathe and awaken from the inside out. Suitable for all levels. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, uplifted and nourished.
Upcoming Sessions
Cancellation Policy
Any classes cancelled within 24 hours of the session are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be rescheduled. Classes are cancelled by informing Christina. If they are cancelled outside of the 24 hours prior to the session Christina will aim to transfer to another class within that current week *subject to avialability. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
